We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, assess suitability for treatment, arrange appointments and keep appropriate clinical records. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party marketing.

Lawful basis

We rely on your consent when you submit a form or upload photographs, and on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running the clinic. Where treatment records include health information, we process this for the provision of healthcare by a regulated healthcare professional.

Photographs

Photographs uploaded through the consultation form are stored in a private, access-controlled area and are only viewed by the practitioner. We will never publish a photograph of you — including before and after images — without your separate, explicit written consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Storage and retention

Enquiry data and photographs are held on secure, encrypted servers within the UK or EEA, or with providers offering equivalent safeguards. We keep enquiry records for up to two years, and clinical records for the period required by professional guidance.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
